  • 'It's show time': Apple confirms launch event on March 25

This year, Apple could only concentrate on the new news and video streaming services instead of hardware, so we don't think there will be a hardware announcement at this time. This certainly means that the company would be launching its much-rumoured subscription services for video and news.

CoinX tweeted some vague details of the new iPads this morning.

Most probably, Apple's "yet to be named" video streaming service will contain content that's already available on similar services, as well as original content as the tech giant spent more than $1 billion on original shows and signed big Hollywood stars like Steve Carrell and Jennifer Garner.

Federal Judge Adds 43 Months to Paul Manafort's Prison Term
Prosecutors are updating judges this week on the cooperation provided by other key defendants in the case. That affects what the judge called the "algebra" involved with determining prison sentences , she said.

Finally, a paid-for news and magazine subscription service is also likely to be unveiled, integrated into the Apple News app, but again that may not launch worldwide immediately. The shows are expected to cover a variety of genres that include drama, documentary, comedy, kids program, etc. Apple has been closely working with former Sony Pictures executives Zack Van Amburg and Jamie Erlicht for the shows that are expected to be released during late 2019. It also has deals in place with directors M Night Shyamalan, JJ Abrams and Steven Spielberg. As of now, it is still unclear which publishers are onboard Apple's premium News service offering as its 50 percent revenue split demand has left.

APPLE HAS CONFIRMED that it's holding an event on 25 March where it'll unveil its long-awaited Netflix competitor. Previously, the company has launched the iPhone SE, the budget $329 iPad and the 9.7-inch iPad Pro.
