  • Rapper Mac Miller died of accidental overdose of fentanyl cocaine and alcohol

The 26-year-old rapper died of an accidental overdose of fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol, according to a toxicology report released by the L.A. County Coroner's Office. The coroner ruled that the overdose caused by "mixed drug toxicity" was accidental.

Miller, 26, was found unresponsive at his Los Angeles-area home on September 7 and was declared dead soon after. Alcohol and drug paraphernalia were found; however, TMZ reported the house was mostly "swept clean" before investigators arrived.

The report said that Miller's assistant found him unresponsive on his bed in a "praying position" and was kneeling forward with his face on his knees. Mac was described as being "blue", even during the call for help. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. A $20 bill was found in his right pocket, rolled up with a "white powdery residue" on it.
