  • Hashtag Trending – Facebook removes trending news, Apple’s upcoming WWDC18, BlackBerry’s new Key2 smartphone

Facebook removes the trending news section from its homepage, plus a previous of Apple's upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference and BlackBerry's soon-to-be-released Key2 phone. The leaked images are consistent with the past rumours which suggested the phone will feature a combination of touch-screen and a QWERTY keypad. Would you be interested to buy one? As per the listing, the smartphone is expected to arrive with a 4.5-inch display screen with an aspect ratio of 3:2 and a display resolution of 1620 X 1080 pixels. CrackBerry Kevin has already headed to NY, and I'm heading out soon so I can be there to take in the event live myself rather than just watching the live stream, check out the pop-up showroom, and attend the BlackBerry KEY2 pop-up after party.

The Key2's launch is penned for June 7, and will take place in New York City. The iconic physical keyboard has 35 backlit keys with an integrated fingerprint sensor for extra security. The SoC will be coupled with 6GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of onboard storage. A microSD card slot can increase that by a further 256GB. The headphone jack will be present as well, which has become a rare sight in 2018. The secondary sensor is a 12MP sensor with an f/2.6 aperture. For selfies, the device is expected come with an 8MP front-facing shooter.

UK Learns Iran Planned to Enrich Uranium for Military Use
Iran insists its nuclear programme is entirely peaceful, and that its compliance with the deal has been verified by the IAEA. Netanyahu will meet French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday and British Prime Minister Theresa May on Wednesday.

Leaks regarding the Blackberry Key2 are coming thick and fast and this should come as no surprise since the launch is just around the corner. Also, the new model includes an 8-megapixel selfie camera with full-HD (1080p) video recording support. One thing that the company will be able to shed light upon is that BlackBerry key next to the spacebar.

It'll be interesting to see what BlackBerry's got in store for the Chinese market. Could it trigger Google Assistant? This will be done at a launch event in Beijing on June 8.
